Invite developers and collaborators to join your WeKraft project team.

Where to Go & How to Go

1. Generating & Sharing the Project Invite Link

• Where to Go: Click on Manage Team in the project sidebar.
• How to Go:
  1. Click the Invite button in the header of the Team page to open the invitation dialog.
  2. Select the starting role for the invitee from the dropdown menu:
     • Admin: Full administrative permissions.
     • Member: Standard team member access.
     • Viewer: Read-only access.
  3. Click Copy invite link to copy the secure invitation URL to your clipboard.
  4. Share the link with your teammate. When they open it, they can request to join.

2. Inviting Members via Email

• Where to Go: In the Invite dialog on the Manage Team page.
• How to Go:
  1. Enter your teammate's email address in the input field.
  2. Select their role using the dropdown next to the input.
  3. Click the Invite button.
  4. An invitation email containing a secure link to join your project will be sent to the recipient.
  5. A toast notification will confirm that the invitation was sent successfully.

Member Seat Limits

Each project has member limits based on the project owner's subscription plan:

• Free Tier: Maximum 3 members total per project.
• Plus Tier: Maximum 6 members total per project.
• Pro Tier: Maximum 15 members total per project.

You can view current seats and availability in the plan banner at the top of the Team page. If you reach your limit, click Upgrade to Pro to invite more collaborators.
