Welcome to WeKraft. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using our developer tools, sprint management suite, or autonomous developer agents.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting a code repository, or using WeKraft (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service. WeKraft is developed as a SaaS platform integrating real-time chat, sprint boards, git-time tracking, and autonomous AI agents.

2. User Accounts and Authentication

WeKraft utilizes a secure Identity Provider for user authentication and credentials management. You are responsible for safeguarding your account details. Any unauthorized activity on your account must be reported to support immediately. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating acceptable use guidelines.

3. Code Repository Integration & Access

Our services connect with your code repositories via OAuth to synchronize issue status, pull requests, commits, and activity heatmaps. By connecting your repository, you grant WeKraft permission to read repository metadata and perform actions on your behalf (such as auto-creating issues or commenting on PRs). We do not store your raw source code, only repository structure and metadata necessary for project management.

4. Autonomous AI Agents

WeKraft features built-in AI agents (an AI PM agent for project management summaries and a developer agent for automated code reviews). These agents utilize Large Language Models. You acknowledge that AI output is generated probabilistically. WeKraft does not guarantee the absolute correctness or safety of code recommendations, PR approvals, or velocity forecasts generated by the agents. Developers must review all AI recommendations before production deployment.

5. Billing, Subscriptions, and Payments

Certain features of WeKraft require a paid subscription. Billing, plan upgrades, and cancellations are processed securely via our Billing Processor. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by local legislation. Failed payments may result in access limitations to your projects.

6. Acceptable Use Guidelines

You agree not to use WeKraft to: (a) store or transmit malware or illegal materials; (b) attempt unauthorized access to our internal databases, authentication servers, or other users' workspaces; (c) overload the AI query systems; or (d) violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEKRAFT AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CODE BUG OR DATA INCIDENT; OR (C) ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE AUTONOMOUS AI AGENTS.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
